Welcome to Form Pilates

An Independent Reformer Pilates Studio based in Amersham, Buckinghamshire. We offer small group apparatus classes that include a mix of the Reformer, Tower & the Chair for groups of Four. Form Pilates Studio is located in the Village of Winchmore Hill in a Grade II Listed Barn with Free Parking directly outside. Our discrete location is perfect for those wanting to exercise in Private. Whether you are completely new to Pilates, struggling with injury or looking for a low impact full body workout. Form has something for everybody. We offer a range of different styles of classes from Traditional & Dynamic Apparatus classes on the Reformer, Tower & Chair to Jump Board Reformer, Mat Pilates & Barre Classes. All with fully Trained Pilates Instructors.
